How to measure:
Chest - Measure the fullest part of your chest and across the shoulder blades. The tape measure should be snug. Not so tight that it constricts breathing, but not so loose that the tape measure slides down.
Waist - Measure around your natural waistline.
Bicep - Measure around your bicep at its fullest point (approximately 2.5cm down from your underarm). The tape measure should not be too tight and do not flex.
Inside leg - Measure from your inner crotch to the base of your ankle bone (this is a body measurement and garment lengths may vary according to style).
Before choosing your size – please note that many of our garments are comprised of a stretch fabric. The below size guide displays the measurements of the garments when they are laid flat and unworn.
